  • Announced minutes may change without notice.
  • USF surcharge applies to total cost of each U.S. inter-state call.
  • Charges subject to change without notice
  • Call time is deducted in 1minute increments.
  • Pay phone calls are blocked.
  • Calls made using the Toll-Free 844/855 800 access number will be charged an additional $0.02 per minute.
  • Calls placed to mobile telephones may be billed at higher rates.
  • Please check with your local phone company to determine if they charge you separately for using a local access number.
  • Service charge of 1Cent a minute for Domestic Calling is within the Continental USA using the Local Access Numbers posted on this website under Local Access Numbers. 1Cent a minute rate excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
  • DollarDialing offers Phone Service Plans with: No Contracts,  No connection fees, No weekly or monthly service fees,  No maintenance fees,  No hidden charges
  • Dialing from some rural areas may require the use of a toll-free (844/855) access number or may be excluded.

You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the service. All services are provided on an “as is, as available” basis. You acknowledge that (a) the Products are provided by DollarDialing “AS IS”, if you are dissatisfied, your sole and exclusive remedy under these Terms and Condition is to discontinue use of this phone card.

  • The aggregate liability of DollarDialing is limited to the price paid for this service. DollarDialing does not warrant that the service is completely error-free or will operate without packet loss or interruption nor does DollarDialing warrant any connection to or any transmission over the Internet. DollarDialing shall not be liable for any cost or damage arising from your use of or the failure of the service.
  • The account is non-transferable. Customer shall remain responsible for all charges for the service including, but not limited to, the use or misuse by an unauthorized third party, accidental use or loss of the card.
  • DollarDialing is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused of Phone Service/cards.
  • Phone card expires 99 days from first use and is extended another 99 Days each time customer uses the phone service within current 99 Day period  or six months from date of purchase.  Your account will expire if it has no calls or payments for 99 consecutive days after reaching a zero balance.
  • DOLLARDIALING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE CUSTOMERS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS FROM WHICH THIS CARD WAS PURCHASED, SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABILE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
  • Customers are prohibited from any unlawful or harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, and discriminatory verbal conduct. If DollarDialing believes that you have engaged in any of the foregoing conduct, DollarDialing may terminate or suspend your account or use of the Services and give your personally identifiable information to the proper authorities for investigation or prosecution. In addition, DollarDialing may refuse service to any new or past customers at its sole discretion based on our knowledge or past actions on any of the foregoing conduct listed above.
